If you decide to cancel your booking, here is everything there is to know about our cancellation policy:
Cancelling a confirmed booking
When canceling a confirmed booking it depends on the moment of cancellation if, and for what amount you will be refunded.
You will receive a refund when canceling within 24 hours of making the booking. Please note that when canceling a booking at any, the 10% service fee is non-refundable.
You will receive a refund for the amount you paid minus the service fee when canceling more than 24 hours after making the booking and more than 7 days before the start of the booking.
When canceling less than 7 days before the booking, or if the time between the moment of booking and the start of the booking is less than 24 hours you will not receive a refund.
If an experience is canceled by the host, the guest will receive a 100% refund.
*This takes into account the starting time of the tour in the time zone of the experience.
Rescheduled bookings
In case your booking was rescheduled, the cancellation policy takes into account the date when the original booking was made. Therefore, whenever you cancel a booking which was rescheduled, you would only be entitled to a refund if the original booking date/time are within the cancellation window.
Same day bookings
If the booking was made for the same day, meaning the starting time is within 24 hours no refunds apply.
